A common question we receive is: "Where will my mum go whilst the house is being cleaned?" We understand this concern. For light cleans, your loved one can comfortably remain at home. For deep cleans, especially if we are moving furniture, we recommend they spend the day with a relative or friend. We always discuss this with you beforehand to ensure minimal disruption and maximum comfort.

We operate with full insurance, and adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality protocols, ensuring a trustworthy and secure service. We're happy to provide references upon request.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?

We understand that plans can change. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. For End of Tenancy Cleaning and Deep/One off Cleaning a cancellation fee of 50% of the full cost will be required.
